The Central Association of Nigerians in the UK (CANUK), is once again hosting the glamourous CANUK Spring Ball put together by the Social Secretary Euphemia Chukwu who was elected again to serve for another 2 years.
This elegant event was a huge success in 2018 with Canuk standing against ”Modern Day Slavery and Child Trafficking”. A short film called ”Sugar Kane” by Euphemia Chukwu was screened on that day in aid of Canuk’s campaign. The Executive board members worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the event.
This year the focus of this prestigous event is ”Unmasking the taboo of Mental Health within the Nigerian Community”.
